Premium not working:
First, try a restart from your computer’s power menu. Hopefully your issues are then fixed.
If not, please go to commerce.microsoft.com to check the status of your Premium. It is important to make sure that you are signed in with the Store with the same account that you play your game with or the accounts won’t talk to each other. If all these things check out, please try restarting your computer if you haven’t already. This usually resets any connects. If your Premium is still not working, then go back to commerce.microsoft.com and click the “contact us” link to contact Store Support.
Refund a purchase:
Please follow these instructions to request a refund for this purchase. Please sign in to the following website: https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Help/. Click on “Getting help” on the left side of the screen. Select Contact customer support, Accounts & Billing, Windows, Office and other Microsoft Apps and Subscriptions. You can now choose between online chat, phone call or schedule a call.
